Sterling Academy offers online courses for ESL school students in grades Kindergarten through 8. Students are required to take 4 courses per year, but may take additional courses, such as suitable regular K-12 core classes or K-12 electives like art, PE/health, music, technology, or world languages, photography, and other electives -- up to 2 full-year electives per year, if desired. The standard curriculum for ESL school students is shown below:
